After losing our home in the Barrie tornado we were left devastated by the loss. Our insurance company connected us with Alliance Homes/Rebuild Response. The decision to go with this company to rebuild our home was one of the few bright spots during a very difficult year. The President of the company himself actually took the time to meet with us to chat and the entire staff from the Project Manager to the Design Team went out of their way to accommodate our needs. With a complete rebuild their will always be a hiccup here and there, but Alliance/Rebuild Response always stepped up and made sure the job was done right and on schedule. They never said the word “No” and were always willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. Whether you are thinking or purchasing from one of their existing projects or thinking of doing a “custom project”, you will not be disappointed with this company. They were fantastic!

After a very long gestation period our home at Hedge Road Landing is finally finished and we have moved in. Having been in the renovation trade for over 20 years, I was nervous to do the PDI walk through not knowing what to expect on my first viewing of the completed home. The reality… I was overwhelmed by the quality of the fit and finish that Alliance had presented. Were there deficiencies, very few in fact. What purchasers should remember is that a house is constructed and completed by the work and experience of an enormous number of trades.

I look forward to enjoying our new community with our neighbours when their homes are completed. Hedge Road Landing with its pool and Clubhouse along with the long stretch of waterfront will be a Jewel in the Crown in the town of Sutton/ Jacksons Point.

My wife and I are ready for the next chapter of our lives, and this requires one more move. Part of this transformational process was that We select a builder who can deliver a quality home in a sustainable community that maintains the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Alliance Homes development in Jackson's Point meets our needs. The roadblocks and red tape to get this project across the goal line have been excruciatingly painful to all involved. However, we recently learned from Alliance (Kathryn, head of sales) that permitting is moving swiftly and we are closing in 2025. We are thrilled with this news. Alliance recently completed a 1600 sq ft addition to our lakefront cottage in Haliburton. Alex and his team provided us with some of the best suppliers and building trades up north at our Hali Retreat that I've worked with in my 35 + yrs of construction. Knowing these same companies are currently building at the Alliance Hedge Road Landing development puts us at ease. This development will be the envy of every potential buyer who drives along the shoreline of Lake Simcoe. We look forward to becoming a part of the Sutton/ Jackson's Point community and making new friends as we enjoy a well-earned retirement.

My husband and I purchased a home that required a full reno top to bottom, including moving stairwell placement, full redo of floor plans, adding and replacing windows, stripping the walls bare etc.

We have suffered a very unfortunate house fire that required a tremendous amount of work to repair and reset the house to a safe and acceptable living space.

Our insurance Company hired WinMar to perform the extensive repair of the house but after a few months the Insurance Company changed from WinMar to Alliance Homes and, in our view, this move was the best development that could have occurred.

The work of Alliance Homes was superb and the customer treatment by the Alliance Officials was exceptional and truly an ongoing pleasure to experience. The conduct and professionalism of Spencer Troop (Project Manager) made the entire project a much easier experience. Spencer's ongoing consultation with us and his willingness to compromise and seriously consider our needs and preferences was a true pleasure to experience.

The Companies that were hired to perform required work throughout the extensive repair of our house were all extremely professional and entirely competent in performing the required tasks and Spencer always involved us in inspecting and approving the work that was performed. Again, this process has always kept us fully involved within the entire project to ensure that the customer was always consulted and approved of the developments that were occurring.

The entire inside of the house was completely demolished back to the studs and then rebuilt from thereon.
We were able to move back into what amounted to a completely new house in May of 2023. This was the result of the excellent work performed by Alliance Homes, in particular Spencer Troop who insured that we were intricately involved within every step pf the rebuilding process.

While we do not wish that anyone suffer the sadness and tragedy of a house-fire, i f anyone has the unfortunate occurrence, we highly recommend the full utilization of Alliance Homes within the repair and rebuilding process. Alliance Homes is a n excellent and professional company that fully respects the involvement of the customer within the entire process.
