My name is Tracy Gray. I have recently had an issue with leaking from my ensuite shower. The reason for this e-mail is to praise you guys for the great service I have received. From the beginning of our purchase till present, we have been made to feel so comfortable in all of our dealings with the sales team, right up to the after-sales service team. Ken has always gotten back to me in a timely manner with my phone calls. Paul has been extremely helpful in fixing the shower problem. I truly believe he went the extra mile to make sure the problem is fixed – not just putting a band-aid on the problem, but really caring that the problem is fixed once and for all.
With purchasing a house, you have to know that there are going to be problems that arise. The true challenge is how the problems are dealt with. A lot of businesses are just worried about the bottom line and not so worried about the customers who help make that bottom line. It’s great and very refreshing to see that are still companies out there like Alliance Homes that truly do care about their customers.
